Pradeep Sharma

President and Founder

Pradeep is an established leader who has created and led multiple software and technology companies. He founded and exited a global Oracle application consulting firm called Netcomlogic in 2008 along with founding Edtech Systems, one of the first standardized learning and testing platforms adopted within the school systems K-12. Pradeep enjoys challenging business environments and is committed to expanding CHD Investments portfolio with projects that are the right fit. With an established career in real estate development, building on long-standing, trusted relationships in the industry, Pradeep is actively driving the future success of CHD Investments. He also served as a Board of Trustee for Winston Salem State University in North Carolina from 2013-2017 and gains great satisfaction in actively giving back to the community and mentoring others in business.

Ajay (Andy) Mulchandani

Partner

Andy is an experienced general contractor who has built over 60 hotels ground up. He’s been a trusted advisor and active project manager for a number of hotels and investments in the CHD Investment portfolio.
