Our Story

CHD Investments is not your typical hotel management company. We began in land development, building our first commercial project in Raleigh, NC in 2004. What started as a rough, undeveloped parcel became a multi-use site anchored by our first hotel and supported by retail space—all planned, built, and managed in-house. That first project laid the foundation for CHD’s long-term strategy: acquire undervalued assets, improve them with vision and discipline, and build lasting value through development and operational excellence.

Since then, we’ve expanded into distressed hotel acquisitions, full-scale renovations, and ground-up development across both hospitality and retail sectors. With in-house capabilities for construction, asset management, and operations, we maintain complete control over the investment lifecycle—allowing us to move decisively and deliver consistent results.
